The Delta Trades & Technical Career Fair was started by Mayor Lois E. Jackson in 2013 to inspire students to pursue a variety of career options in the trades and technical areas.

The annual free event, held at Sungod Recreation Centre, provides an opportunity for students, parents and the general public to explore trades and technical careers through hands-on, interactive exhibits, demonstrations, and talking directly with experts in the field.

For more information about becoming an exhibitor, please contact Michael Gomm.

High school students from Grades 10 – 12 are invited to flex their nautical muscles with the first-ever Delta Career Fair Boat Race!

Bring a crew of four to Sungod Recreation Centre on April 27, 2017 to construct a vessel that can withstand the treacherous tides of the Sungod Pool. Participating seafarers will gain an exclusive opportunity to work with experts from the marine industry to create the swiftest craft possible.
