Canada Day: Delta’s Great Big Birthday Bash!
Join the City of Delta on July 1 from 4-10pm at Chalmers Park for an unforgettable community celebration with a ‘larger than life’ theme - think big fun, big games, big entertainment, and of course, big cake!
This FREE, family-friendly and inclusive event has something for everyone and all the excitement you’d expect from the ultimate birthday party.
Enjoy an evening of live music, dance, and cultural performances, featuring talented local performers throughout the event. Bring your own dinner or purchase food from a variety of curated food vendors and food trucks, including classic favourites from the North Delta Lions, who will be serving their famous hamburgers, hot dogs, and fries.

Grab your bingo dabber and join a lively round of Birthday Bingo, with a new game starting every 30 minutes.
Stop by the “I Am Canadian” giant flag mural, take a Polaroid photo, and add it to the mural to help create a collective visual celebration of the Delta community.
The evening wraps up with an amazing fireworks display at 10pm!
