Meet River!
This sweet girl hasn’t had much stability in her past and is looking for a fresh start in life. Now that she’s happy, healthy and back on track, she’s ready to give her heart to that special person who promises to be there for her through it all!
River is a calm and gentle soul who loves affection and bonds closely to her people. She’s always happy to see a familiar face and will gleefully roll over for belly rubs while soaking up every cuddle you’re willing to offer! You’ll usually find her curled up in her bed or underneath to get as cozy as she possibly can!
Aside from her loving nature, River is also very well mannered (other than the occasional demand bark) and walks beautifully on leash! Unfortunately, this rambunctious lady does have a partial ligament tear on her leg and therefore needs a home that will be committed to keeping her on leash walks only - so not to further cause any damage! She gets along with other doggo’s, but due to her rough housing restrictions, she would need a home to herself (preferably one floor) or potentially with another calm or senior dog!
