FALL UPDATE: Welcome back to Baby Daze!
Baby Daze will resume at the Ladner Harris Barn on Tuesday September 22, and the North Delta Recreation Centre on Thursday September 24.
Baby Daze is a free weekly workshop for new parents and their babies (between newborn and 11 months). Attendees will have the opportunity to attend a weekly information session with our facilitator or guest speaker.
These 2-hour sessions are free and will be held in person. No pre-registration is required. View the topics below.

Meet our facilitator, Janelle!
Our Registered Clinical Counsellor, Janelle, is a local South Delta mom with over a decade of counselling experience, specializing in perinatal mental health.
Her professional work and lived experience raising two children shape her compassionate, down-to-earth approach in supporting parents through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
She looks forward to meeting you and your babies!
