Celebrate Culture Days with us from September 18 - October 4, 2026! This year, Delta is proud to host the official provincial launch of BC Culture Days, and we invite you to spend the full month with us exploring arts and heritage in your community.

Culture Days is Canada’s largest public participation campaign for the arts! Celebrate arts, culture, and heritage in your community through free and interactive events.

Culture Days Delta Community Art Contest

Calling all Delta artists from budding to professional! It is time to showcase your creativity and passion for Delta's community through our Culture Days Art Contest. This year's theme will be "Exploring Life in a Rural Setting." We are looking for pieces of art inspired by Delta’s natural and cultivated environments. Don’t miss this opportunity to submit your art and showcase your interpretation of Delta’s landscapes, gardens, greenhouses, or farms.

BC Culture Days Launch Event

Location: Hawthorne Grove Park

We're kicking off BC Culture Days with the official launch event at Hawthorn Grove Park! Join us for music, art, and performances celebrating culture in Delta. Explore the Kirkland house and learn about Delta Heritage Society, Delta Choral Society, and Boundary Bay Quilters.
