The Luminary Festival is a special, sparkling, end-of-summer event! Illuminate yourself with costume and lights, and create a lantern to light the wayl!
This free annual community festival returns to Sunstone Park on Saturday, September 7! Join us for an evening of magical light displays, entertainment, lantern making, food vendors and interactive activities!

Festival Lineup
This year's edition of the Luminary Festival includes:
- Music and dance
- Circus and buskers
- Lantern making
- Beautiful light installations and interactive activities
- LED novelties for sale
- Food trucks
- Main stage concert featuring The Exchange.
Parking & Shuttle Service
Free parking and shuttle service will run between North Delta Recreation Centre and Sunstone Park.
- Shuttle starts at 6pm
- There will be a bus that has room for walkers, wheelchairs and scooters, and is equipped with an automatic lift.
- There are a few accessible parking spots reserved close to the park, on Delsom Crescent, for people who are unable to board the bus and require accessible parking.
- Please note that there is no other parking available at Sunstone Park.
