providing low-density housing options in existing single-family neighbourhoods.
A Coach House is a detached accessory dwelling unit that is located together with a garage on the same lot as a single-family or duplex dwelling.

A Garden Suite is a detached accessory dwelling unit on the same lot as a single-family or duplex dwelling.
