Detached accessory dwelling units (ADUs) are additional dwelling units built on a property, 
providing low-density housing options in existing single-family neighbourhoods.

A Coach House is a detached accessory dwelling unit that is located together with a garage on the same lot as a single-family or duplex dwelling.
