Meet Gale & Raine!
These two bonded siblings were sadly abandoned in a carrier overnight and as you can imagine, they were quite traumatized. It’s taken a lot of time and TLC for them to come out of their shells, but slowly they are learning that people aren’t so bad after all!
Raine has been the braver of the two and has made wonderful progress thus far! She starts off shy, but once you gain her trust, she’ll happily lean into full body pets! Gale is the curious observer, who loves to explore and carefully monitor everything from a safe distance! He’s not quite ready for touch yet, but he’s trying, and with the help of some medication, we’re sure he’ll blossom just like his sister!
Together these two are an absolute delight to watch! They LOVE to play with all sorts of toys – but especially interactive ones that allow their true hunting instincts to come out. Aside from playtime, the best way to their hearts is through treats - treat tubes are their kryptonite! When they aren’t playing, you’ll always find them cuddled up intertwined with one another or using each other as a pillow!
Gale & Raine are looking for a quiet, calm and patient home without kids or dogs. They need someone who will celebrate their small wins and move at their own pace!
