Snow Angel ProgramSnowAngelLogo_300x322

The Snow Angels program is a volunteer-based program that matches people who need their walkway and/or sidewalk shoveled with people who enjoy helping others. It is a non-emergency service.

The service is available to Delta residents 65 years of age and older who have physical limitations and do not have others in their household or nearby who are able to assist. Older residents 70+ who have physical limitations will receive first priority.

Application period is October 7 – November 15.  If a snow angel is available, you will receive a call from the Snow Angels Coordinator sometime after Nov 30 to confirm your snow angel, and you will be mailed a confirmation letter.  Due to the popularity of the service, residents who apply after the application date closes are automatically put on the waitlist.

**Recipients must apply every year for the Snow Angels Program**

If you live in North Delta call Kennedy Seniors Recreation Centre at 604-594-2717. If you live in South Delta, call McKee Seniors Recreation Centre at 604-946-1411.
