Our maintenance schedule is based on past experiences, with continuous monitoring of field conditions to make necessary adjustments. To provide the best possible turf quality, we strive to incorporate rest periods between periods of heavy field usage to allow for turf recovery.

The Facility Allocation Policy of the City of Delta is designed to provide clear guidelines for staff and facility users, ensuring that facility allocation decisions are made fairly, equitably, transparently, and consistently. This policy prioritizes Delta residents' facility requests while accommodating non-Delta residents only after all local needs are met. It applies to both indoor and outdoor facilities, ensuring fair access for all user groups.

The City of Delta's goal is to ensure equitable distribution of permits for regulation-sized sports fields. This approach maximizes public access to these fields while striving to provide teams and leagues with consistent locations for their scheduled activities. To maintain fairness in the allocation of sports fields for organized play, any team or league wishing to use or book a field must acquire a permit.

- Monday to Friday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
All other hours are considered Non-Prime.

Cancellation Policy for Rentals
One-Time Bookings
- Full refund if notice of cancellation is given at least five days prior to the booking date.
- No refund for cancellations made less than five days before the booking date.
NOTE: this includes the one-off cancellation of a weekly rental
Seasonal Allocations and Recurring Bookings
- Full refund if notice of cancellation is given at least two months prior to the start of the recurring booking.
- No refund for cancellations made less than two months before the start of the recurring booking.
NOTE: this includes the cancellation of a weekly recurring booking extending the duration of a season (ie, cancelling a booking every Monday for the entire season)
Tournaments
- Full refund if notice of cancellation is given at least 30 days prior to the event.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
Inclement Weather
- Full refund if notification of cancellation due to weather is received within three business days after the booking date.
- No refund if notification of cancellation due to weather is received more than three business days after the booking date.
