Facility Rental Fee Grant

The City of Delta provides Facility/Showstage Rental Fee Grants to qualifying groups for community events that enhance the city's social, cultural, and recreational objectives. These grants are governed by the criteria set forth in the Council's Facility Rental Fee Grant Policy No. H.13 and Procedure No. H.13.1.ALL. The grants aim to assist not-for-profit societies, registered charitable organizations, and community groups in Delta by offsetting the costs of renting city facilities or Showstage.

Administered by the Parks, Recreation & Culture department, the Facility Rental Fee Grants program supports and encourages community activities and events. To apply, organizations must complete the Facility Rental Fee Grant Application form below and submit the necessary documentation. Applications are reviewed to ensure they meet the criteria. Once approved, the grant is applied to the rental fee, but the organization must still pay the full amount upfront. Each organization is eligible for one grant per year, with a maximum grant amount of $3000.00.
