Starting February 17, 2025, Delta residents 18 years of age and under will be eligible to use Delta Parks, Recreation & Culture facilities and drop-in programs for free as part of the new YAK Pass.

Facility Admission Fees
The following fees are charged for drop-in activities such as skating, swimming, gymnasium sports, fitness, and outdoor pools at all City of Delta Recreation Centres, Community Centres, and Art & Performance Centres.
Payments can be made by: Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Debit Card.
Free admission to drop-in programs is available to:
- Infants (excluding programs for children aged 2 and under)
- YAK Pass - Delta residents under the age of 18
- Super Seniors (Delta Residents 75+ years)
- Volunteers accompanying persons with special needs
Applicable tax not included. Proof of residency required for all Delta resident rates. Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

10 Pass, 20 Pass, 30-Day Pass and Annual Passes:
- 10 and 20 Passes are valid for one year from date of purchase
- No refunds for age category changes
- No refunds or extensions to passes due to annual maintenance closures
- Prorated refunds for relocation outside of Delta may be considered when proof is provided
Refund Policy (Effective April 1, 2026)
Please note, facility passes (30-Day and Annual) and flex passes (10 and 20 Passes) are non-refundable.
Recurring Registered Programs
- Applies to weekly/biweekly registered programs, such as swim lessons, skate lessons, dance/music/art programs, sport programs, general programs, etc.
- Prorated refund available for any withdrawals prior to the start date of the 3rd class. Once the 3rd class starts, no refund will be provided.
Camps, Workshops, and Short Programs
- Applies to Registered Programs that are one week long or less, including: Weeklong Camps (Summer Camps, Winter/Spring Break Camps, Kids on Wheels, etc), One Day Programs/Workshops, After Hours Pool Bookings, Birthday Parties, and Pro-D Day Camps.
- Withdrawal required one week before the start date and time to receive a full refund. If less than one week’s notice is given, 50% of the fee will be refunded. If notice is given on or after the start of the program, no refund will be provided.
Preschool and Before/After School Care
- Applies to Preschool and Awesome Afterschool.
- One calendar month written notice must be given by the last day of the month preceding the final month the child will be enrolled in the program (i.e. withdrawal notice must be received by January 31 if the child will no longer attend as of March 1).
Advanced Aquatics
- Applies to Bronze Star, Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, Lifesaving Instructor, National Lifeguard, Swim for Life Instructor, all Aquatics Re-certifications, Pool Operator 1, Pool Operator 2, and Standard First Aid.
- Withdrawal required one week before the start date and time to receive a full refund. If less than one week’s notice is given, no refund will be provided.
Private Lessons and Personal Training
- Applies to Swimming, Skating, and Personal Training.
- 24 hours cancellation notice required for refund. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, no refund will be provided.
(Medical and relocation exemptions will be considered if documentation is provided)
