Mobile Vendors enhance community spaces, support areas in Delta with few restaurant options, and increase opportunities for small businesses to sell their products in new and creative ways.
The City of Delta has launched a Mobile Food and Beverage Vendor pilot program which will run until October 14, 2025. Delta has approved specific street and park locations where Mobile Vendors are permitted to operate in accordance with the Mobile Food and Beverage Vendor Policy.
- Important: You will need to complete a Mobile Food and Beverage Vending Permit application and a Business Licence application and have them both approved prior to participating in the program.
Who Can Apply?
Any Mobile Vendor is allowed to apply to participate in the program. Mobile Vendors are people who sell certain foods and/or beverages to the general public for immediate consumption from a mobile food and beverage vending unit (truck, trailer, cart etc.).
How to Apply?
Complete the Delta Business Licence application and the Mobile Food and Beverage Vending Permit application and submit it to the City of Delta Bylaws office either in person at City Hall West or via email at businesslicences@delta.ca.
