Delta's Youth programs help connect, inspire, and activate the spirit of community. There is something for everyone!

Youth Nights

Youth Night takes place at Winskill Aquatic & Fitness Centre on the first and third Friday of every month and Sungod Recreation Centre on the first and third Saturday of every month! Join us after hours as the facility opens to just youth age 10-18 years old! Enjoy the weight room, pool, gymnasium and video games. Pizza and pop provided.

Youth Workshop Series

Join us for interactive, strength-based life-skill programming designed to educate and empower youth.

Offered in partnership with The Landing Youth Centre, this workshop introduces the importance of self-compassion and building a healthy relationship with the self while practicing some affirmations along the way.

Youth 3v3 Basketball Tournament

Get ready for fast-paced action, teamwork, and fun at our Youth 3v3 Basketball Tournament. This event features 3-on-3, half-court play, with age-based divisions to ensure fair and enjoyable competition for all participants. Each team will consist of three players, and if you do not already have a team, we will pair you with other registered players.
