Baby Daze is a free weekly workshop for new parents and their babies (between newborn and 11 months). Attendees will have the opportunity to attend a weekly information session with a public health nurse to discuss topics of interest to new parents.
These 2-hour sessions are free and will be held in person. No pre-registration is required. View the topics below.

Meet Nurse Brook
Brook Parkin has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) and is a Registered Nurse. Brook worked as a public health nurse for 15 years, primarily working with infants, postpartum women, and families.
Brook is a mother of two and grandmother of a two-year-old granddaughter.
As a life-long learner, Brook enjoys helping and inspiring new parents and brings with her a positive and understanding attitude.
