Settlement Services in Delta’s facilities program is a collaboration between the City of Delta, Fraser Valley Regional Libraries, and five settlement agencies. Services are provided by the following agencies:
- DIVERSEcity
- MOSAIC BC
- Options Community Services
- Progressive Intercultural Community Services (PICS) Society
- S.U.C.C.E.S.S.
Settlement Services program is provided by settlement workers and piloted in 2025 in Delta’s libraries. The program offers information about settling in Delta, including finding housing, employment, schools, childcare, healthcare, public transportation, and more.
