Sports & Gymnasiums

A program for those who have neurodiversity or physical disabilities. Activities in the gym are planned based on those attendees needs and with the intent to create a supported environment to play together in organized activities.

Enjoy a game of badminton! You are encouraged to bring your own racquet and birdie, however equipment will be available for use if needed. 

Shoot some hoops at your local recreation centre! Work on your shot and dribbling skills, or join in on a scrimmage. 

This program is for those who identify as female or non-binary. Open Gym is designed to provide opportunities for patrons to come and participate in a variety of activities.

Pickleball is for everyone! This fun paddle sport is a mixture of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. 

Join us for a fun morning of indoor play with toys, gymnastic mats and sports equipment. Adult participation required for this drop in program.
