Celebrating the Women of Boundary Bay at The Discovery Centre

In honour of International Women’s Day, join Discovery Centre staff as they present about the lives of some of the women who worked at the present-day Boundary Bay airport. Through archival photographs, we will meet Jeanne Massey, Jessie Belcher, Jessie Jack, and Ina Coffey who worked at the RCAF base during WWII and Stella Husband who taught at Vancouver Wireless Station Elementary School which operated on the base from 1950-1970.
