What is eBilling?
eBilling allows you to receive your invoices and licences by email rather than paper. If you are subscribed to eBilling, you will no longer receive paper bills. Your billing status can be changed at any time in MyCity. Learn about setting up a MyCity Account
Accounts with the option to receive eBills:
- Utilities
- Property Tax
- Business Licensing
- Dog Licensing
- Chicken Licensing
- Secondary Suite Permits
Each account must be subscribed to eBilling individually.
How to Subscribe to eBilling
You will no longer receive a paper copy of the bill when Email Only is selected. You can change back to paper at any time by selecting Paper only and clicking save. Please keep your email address current.
- Login to your MyCity account.
- Click the account you would like to subscribe to eBilling
- Scroll to the Statement Notification Method box and click Email only
- Click Save
