The City of Delta is launching a new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Concierge Service to support homeowners looking to add Coach Houses or Garden Suites to their property. The intent is to provide interested residents with a dedicated service to answer questions about ADUs and help navigate the permitting process.
The Concierge Service is available at the Development Department desk at City Hall during business hours, operating from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. You can also reach them by phone at 604-946-3380 or email at ADU@delta.ca.

The Concierge team will be in the community this summer to chat with residents about their plans. Drop by one of the following locations to learn more about the ADU Concierge Service:
- July 20: Ladner Farmers Market 10 am – 4 pm
- July 30: Winskill Aquatic Centre 4 pm – 7 pm
- August 2: Southlands Farmers Market 10 am – 3 pm
- August 6: North Delta Recreation Centre 4 pm – 7 pm
- August 9: North Delta Farmers Market 10 am – 2 pm
