Welcome to the Youth Lounge! A safe and welcoming space where young people between 10 - 18 years old can come together to hang out, catch up on homework, play games, or simply relax and chill. Whether you want to focus on studies, connect with friends, or just take a break, our lounge offers a comfortable environment with cozy seating, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of activities to keep you engaged. Drop by to unwind, have fun, and be yourself!

Join us for an epic night of fun, laughter, and friendly competition at Youth Games Night! Whether you're into classic board games like Sushi Go, Uno, or Jenga, or prefer the fast-paced action of video games on the big screen, there's something for everyone. Come hang out with friends, make new ones, and enjoy a chill night filled with snacks, games, and good vibes. No experience needed, just bring your game face and get ready to have a blast!\

Offered in partnership with The Landing Youth Centre and taught by a Registered Clinical Counsellor, this workshop will explore why boundary setting is such a challenging endeavor (for both youth and adults alike),  especially when we feel a lack of control or agency. We discuss how healthy boundaries can be set and maintained, and get hands-on in applying these techniques.

Offered in partnership with The Landing Youth Centre and taught by a Registered Clinical Counsellor, this workshop will focus on the individuality of assertive communication (that it looks, sounds and feels different for different people), and that it plays a critical role in creating a healthy balance of empathetic understanding for others and valuing our own needs.  We will also examine the roles that responsibility and accountability play in self-advocacy, creating space for youth to work through tricky, real-life situations using self-advocacy tips and tricks.
