This sweet, senior lady sadly found herself at the shelter, through no fault of her own. After living with her person her whole life, she’s had a tough time making the transition to an unfamiliar place with unfamiliar faces.. but slowly we’ve begun to break down her walls! Now, Carly is hoping to find her second chance at forever with a permanent retirement home!
After all she’s been through, you can probably guess that Carly is a shy and sensitive soul. Although it does take a while for her to open up, once she lets you in, she’s the sweetest and most gentle lady! She’ll show you her affectionate side by purring loudly and rubbing against you asking for more pets! Slow and steady wins the race with this beautiful gal.
Carly has always been a solo cat and given her timid nature she would do best in a calm and quiet environment. An understanding and adult-only home where she can take things at her own pace and take her time to settle would perfect! We know with patience and kindness, she’ll blossom into a loving and loyal companion that would make someone very happy!
