Meet Obi!
While the character Obi Wan Kenobi never loses faith in The Force, our wonderful boy never loses faith that he’ll find his forever home.
Obi is an incredibly affectionate husky and cherishes every moment you spend with him. He grew up living in a backyard and would often create his own adventures. While he loves all people, he would do best with a human who is excited to do activities together, so he doesn’t feel the need to stir up his own entertainment.
Even though Obi didn’t get the chance to learn about being an indoor dog, he has been excelling at “indoor life” here at the shelter. One of his favorite activities is hanging out with the reception team. He would love a home where someone is home often but does settle on his own.
Obi is still working on some manners such as leash biting and but is happy to redirect his mouth to a toy. He will need a home that can continue to teach him with alternative behaviors using positive reinforcement training.
