Field Condition Report
The City of Delta provides a weekly status report of Delta Municipal sports fields between the months of October and March.
Please note that the *School District sports fields are not maintained by the City of Delta and will always be listed as 'discretion'. For further information on School District sports fields, please contact 604-946-5088.
OPEN - Field is open for play.
CLOSED - Field is closed due to prolonged heavy rain, severe freezing/thawing, or physical damage to the playing surface.
DISCRETION - When weather conditions are unpredictable and can change significantly from when the report is issued, user groups must decide whether the fields are playable. Criteria to consider when determining if fields are not playable are heavy rain warning, standing water on playing surface, or frost/frozen surface.
