Weight Room

Weight Room Orientation

This free, 15-minute orientation is available for patrons 13 years old and up, and includes a guided tour of the weight room, as well as a  review of weight room etiquette and code of conduct.

Youth 13-15 years old are required to complete an orientation during fist registered weight room session. A completed Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ+) form signed by parent or guardian is required to participate in registered session 48 hours prior to session start time.
