Join us as we celebrate Canada Day at Diefenbaker Park, Kirkland House, and Chalmers Park! Thank you to our incredible community service groups for assisting in making this year's event the best one yet! 

  • 10 am - 2 pmDiefenbaker Park (hosted by Tsawwassen Boundary Bay Lions Club)
    • Official Canada Day ceremonies
    • Cake-cutting
    • Family-friendly activities
  • 12 - 4 pmKirkland House and Harris Barn at Hawthorne Grove Park (hosted by Kirkland House Foundation)
    • Performance by Delta Police Pipe Band
    • Face painting
    • crafts
    • sack races
  • 3 - 10:30 pm – Chalmers Park (hosted by the City of Delta and North Delta Lions Club)
    • Parade
    • Opening ceremonies
    • Cake-cutting
    • Festival (starting at 3:30pm, featuring carnival games, inflatables, cultural corner, food services, and beverage garden
    • Performance by Soulstream
    • Fireworks

Parade

The parade will begin at 114 Street and 82 Avenue in North Delta, heading west towards 112th Street. The parade will then head south along 112th Street, finishing in front of Burnsview Secondary School.
