Join us for our brand new self-guided Women's Only Drop-in Workout sessions!
Our Women's Only Fitness program is inclusive and open to all those who identify as women. We are committed to creating an environment that respects and supports the varied experiences of gender identity without judgment. We encourage individuals with further questions or feedback on our programming approach to contact us through Delta Connect, where we can address their inquiries.
Simply check in at the Sungod Customer Service Desk and the program takes place in the Sungod Aerobics Studio from 3pm to 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. No advance registration is required.
Wear comfortable athletic attire. We provide equipment like mats and weights but feel free to bring a water bottle and towel for personal comfort.
All fitness levels are welcome.
Our focus is on addressing diverse community needs through a variety of programs, ensuring inclusive spaces for everyone. For specific programming questions or suggestions, please use Delta Connect.
Participants aged 13+ are welcome, mirroring the age policy of our weight room. Those under 15 require a weight room orientation.
To provide a supportive and safe environment for physical activity, improving fitness, and fostering community among women.
The WRA sets up before the program start time, locks the storage room for safety, and checks in every 15 minutes to ensure participant needs are met and to maintain a supportive environment.
