City of Delta Events Food Vendor Registration

The City of Delta is inviting food vendors to apply to participate in select City-hosted events. These events aim to enhance the experience by offering high-quality, diverse food options for residents and visitors.

Selected vendors must be able to operate in a professional, safe, and self-sufficient manner and are responsible for meeting all required health, safety, and business regulations. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection, and vendors will be chosen based on event needs, menu variety, and compliance with City requirements.

All food vendors must be fully self-sufficient for the duration of the event and use sound-sensitive, energy-efficient generators if power is required. The City of Delta will not provide power, internet access, tables, tents, or shelter.

If selected for an event, you will also be responsible for filing for a temporary food premise permit with Fraser Health and providing proof of permit a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event.
