Payment of Delta's 2021 Flat Rate Utility Bill is due Wednesday, March 31, 2021. A 5% penalty will be applied on any outstanding balance after March 31, 2021. An additional 5% penalty will be applied on any outstanding balance after July 2, 2021, and a further 5% penalty will be applied after September 2, 2021.
There are lots of ways to pay your utility bill, including online at Deltaonline.ca, online banking, at your financial institution, by mail, or via our drop box locations outside Delta City Hall and the North Delta Recreation Centre. Click here for information on ways to pay your taxes.
All property owners with flat rate utility accounts are responsible for payment of utilities, regardless of whether or not a utility bill is received.
