2023 Community Banner Contest Winners

The City of Delta is proud to announce the winners of 9th annual Community Banner Contest, a competition for Delta residents to create a street banner that promotes Delta’s natural beauty, culture, and diversity while engaging the community and showcasing local artists of all ages.

Winners were recognized by Delta City Council on March 18, 2024.

A special thank-you to our volunteer judges from local art groups, including the Boundary Bay Quilters, Delta Stageworks, Delta Heritage Society, South Delta Artists Guild, and the Watershed Artworks Society.
