Application to permit the keeping of between two and not more than four chickens on Single Detached Residential (RS) and Duplex Residential (RD) zoned properties in Delta, to implement regulations for the keeping of backyard chickens and to enforce penalties associated with not complying with the Zoning Bylaw and Animal Control Bylaw.
