
Replacement of the City Hall roof will begin on June 15, 2026 until approximately August 15, 2026. On-site work will occur between 7 am and 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
On Saturday, June 13 and June 20, crews will be on site removing gravel ballast from the roof. This work has been scheduled to occur outside of the traditional hours, considering the volume of noise generated.
For the duration of the project, the northeast corner of the staff parking lot will be reserved for the general contractor to facilitate deliveries, stockpile material, and provide secured access to the roof area. A total of 13 staff parking stalls will be affected, which may impact on site staff and public parking availability.
Access to the building, for staff and the general public, will not be directly impacted by this work.
