Construction activities for Phase 3 and 4 of Metro Vancouver's South Delta Water Main Replacement project along 53 Street and 28 Avenue are ongoing and nearing completion, with remaining tie-ins and water main installation scheduled to conclude in early 2021.
Some interim improvements have been added to assist motorists, including additional pavement markings and the placement of delineators at the intersection of 53 Street and 28 Avenue. The signal and street light poles are currently being installed and are expected to be operational in February 2021.
