Election worker roles
Oversees all aspects of voting operations at an assigned voting place, ensuring election procedures are followed and supporting election workers throughout the day. This role is ideal for individuals with leadership or supervisory experience, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment. Election experience is an asset.
Supports the Presiding Election Official by assisting with the coordination of voting operations and carrying out delegated responsibilities as required. This role is ideal for returning election workers who are looking to expand their skills, take on additional responsibilities, and gain leadership experience.

Supports voting operations at an assigned voting place by guiding voters through the voting process, verifying documentation, processing registrations, issuing ballots, and providing information and assistance. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and comfort using computers while working directly with the public.
Supports voting operations across multiple voting places by responding to operational needs throughout the day. Rovers assess voting place readiness, deliver additional supplies, troubleshoot technical issues, inspect voting locations for compliance with election requirements, and provide on-site support to election officials.
