Rotary Waterworks Playground
The Waterworks project was a collaborative partnership of the Corporation of Delta and the Rotary Club of Tsawwassen. The design concept derives from the history of the site – a former gravel mining operation that once supplied much of the gravel for the development of Tsawwassen.
- Open from the Victoria Day weekend Saturday up to and including Monday of the Labour Day weekend.
- The water is turned on between 10 am – 9 pm. This schedule may vary to accommodate the weather.
New Musical Garden
Delta added a musical garden to Diefenbaker Park in spring 2017! The garden includes five musical instruments (drums, chimes, xylophones) designed for outdoor use. Instruments are placed in a circular space within a seating wall and trees.
