Gale & Raine

This adorable brother and sister duo have been through quite the journey to get them where they are today, but we couldn't be happier with the progress they've made! 

 

From initially being abandoned in a carrier and traumatized, followed by months of behavior plans, trial and error with medications and lots of patience - it was no easy feat! Some days felt like steps forward, and others like steps back, but finally we've made it through and they are ready to start their next chapter!

 

Gale, who was once too frightened to be touched, now actively seeks out affection and enjoys gentle pets from his trusted people - a milestone we weren't sure we'd reach! Raine, who is shy but very sweet, was always the braver one of the pair, quietly leading the way for her brother.

 

Together these two are adorable to watch - they love playing with interactive toys, gazing out the window and never say no to a tasty treat! Often times you'll find them cuddled up and intertwined together for a cozy afternoon nap. 

 

Gale & Raine are looking for a quiet, calm and patient home without kids, or other pets. They need a special kind of person who will allow them the time and space to continue to blossom to their full potential!
