Book a Field or Court

The City of Delta's goal is to ensure equitable distribution of permits for regulation-sized sports fields. This approach maximizes public access to these fields and courts while striving to provide teams, organizations, and leagues with consistent locations for their scheduled activities. To maintain fairness in the allocation of sports fields for organized play, any team or league wishing to use or book a field must acquire a permit.

When to Apply

If you are part of an organized league or group, or you want guaranteed, uninterrupted play, you must request a permit for any formal use of a field or court.

The City of Delta processes seasonal field and court permit requests twice per year to ensure allocations are completed well before each season begins. Please refer to the timelines below to know when to submit your application.
